- The European Parliament adopted by 476 votes to 47, with 48 abstentions, a resolution on supporting democratic resilience in Armenia.The text adopted in plenary was tabled by the EPP, S&D, ECR, Renew and Greens/EFA groups.On 26 March 2025, Armenia’s parliament adopted the law on launching Armenia’s process of accession to the EU, thereby expressing the country’s aspiration for EU membership.
